As a General Contractor, CPM specializes in small to medium-sized projects. No project is too small for us. Our focus are the facilities capital projects such as:

In the TCM at Risk delivery method, CPM acts in a hybrid model by providing project management and general contracting services under one umbrella. We like to call this delivery method an “easy button” for our clients because it provides a turnkey solution which offloads risk and burden off of the client and onto the CPM’s shoulders. We will provide the client with a CPM Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the project and contract all of the design and
