Christopher Miechowski l Operations
Chris Miechowski is a Construction & Facilities professional based in San Diego, CA. Chris’s professional career has been solely in constructing and operating critical facilities. First part of his career, Chris managed ground-up construction of new hospitals in California, then transitioned into Facilities & Construction Management of a public hospital and most recently was managing a facilities management construction business.
Chris has vast knowledge of delivering projects in critical environments such as hospitals, clean rooms, and laboratories while maintaining critical operations of the Facility.
With Chris’s experience in Construction & Facilities Management, he has a great level of expertise in all phases of project management, from initial concept development with clients, to carrying the project through design, permitting, construction, commissioning and close out.
In his career, Chris has developed multiple Master Plans for different sites, including a $1 Billion Hospital Redevelopment plan to meet California’s 2030 seismic upgrades deadline.

Jeff Surowiec l Safety
Jeff Surowiec is a Sr. QHSE Manager professional based in San Diego, CA. Jeff’s professional safety career has been solely in creating, implementing, and auditing Safety Guidelines and Procedures in both healthcare and critical operations facilities. First part of his career, Jeff was a Safety Officer (15 years) working for two public hospitals maintaining their Environment of Care (EOC). For the past 2.5 years, Jeff transitioned into Facilities Management as a Sr. QHSE Manager developing and implementing HSE
programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and the HSE needs of the workers and clients.
Jeff has vast knowledge of safety requirements, procedures, and trainings, working with regulatory agencies and auditing projects in critical environments such as hospitals, clean rooms, and life science facilities. Jeff displays excellent leadership capabilities in working alongside multidisciplinary teams consisting of Owners, Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with developed safety guidelines. Jeff excels at identifying safety opportunities for improvement, executing long-term objectives, and consistently maintaining results with excellence.
